Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to seniors and disabledindividuals in their home
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in their daily routines and help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Implement care plans and follow protocols to meet the specific needs of each individual
- Monitor and document changes in individuals' health or behavior
- Provide emotional support and promote social interaction among individuals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

Requirements:
- Experience working with people with bedridden and movement disorders preferred
- Knowledge of direct support techniques and strategies
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
